Pad Thai

Pad Thai Ramen

Stirred into a pot of just-cooked ramen, peanut butter quickly softens from the heat of the stovetop. It uses a little increase of protein, however, best of all, it brings flavor and body to the broth. We’re not by any ways stating this is going to taste like pad Thai, but if it reminds you of pad Thai, you would not be wrong.

If you want to attempt something different, you can make ramen yakisoba– boil your ramen for a few minutes, then drain it and fry it up with veggies and meat! FYI, you can make a great yakisoba umami sauce with catsup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and Sriracha.
